Things to remember

Note to Recipient
  • Cesa gives the customer a total of 2 days to complete his/her transaction for bank deposits. Unpaid transactions will be considered a cancellation of order.
  • Upon a successful payment transaction, Cesa will send you an email within 1-2 working days regarding your package’s tracking number.

Terms and Conditions
  • All item(s) that have undergone a successful invoice transaction is considered final, paid, sold, and not refundable.
  • When order has been shipped out, it is deemed final and complete. A change of mind in the buyer’s part does not entitle his/her a refund or an exchange.
  • Made To Order/custom sized items are not applicable for exchange and require a 100% deposit before Cesa starts making the item. We allow one time minor alteration for custom-sized items. Client will be liable for shipping fees incurred during alteration.
  • We allow size exchange for Philippine residents at the moment of the same style and color by submitting Cesa’s size exchange form within 24 hours/ 1 day from the successful receipt of the package. This does not include customsized, sale, and promo items. In the event that the style has no size from the same color, the customer can pick another color or print. Cesa is not liable for the shipping fee incurred by the size exchange. Customer will handle the said fees.
  • Cesa will ship out orders the NEXT WORKING DAY after the payment has been confirmed via email. Cesa is not liable for the delays caused by fortuitous events. Cesa is not liable for damages/late deliveries caused by the 3rd party courier. The 3rd party courier will handle the damages.
  • We don’t accept size exchange outside the Philippines.
  • In the event that Cesa offered refund; the refund process is 30 days.
  • Cesa has the rights to refuse who we transact with. Rude clients are not welcome in Cesa.
Return & Exchange Policy
  • In the event that Cesa sent the customer the wrong item(s), wrong size, or with damaged; Please inform us through info@cesaph.com to make replacement arrangements. Cesa will shoulder the shipping fees. Please provide a photo for proof.
  • In the event that the customer was not able to receive the transacted item(s); Please send an email to info@cesaph.com. Cesa will investigate on the said matter. Cesa would not be liable for late deliveries caused by 3rd party courier. 3rd party courier will be liable for lost items.
  • In the case that the item ordered ran out of stocks, Cesa will send an email to the customer giving her the choice of changing order to another color, change of style and print of the same price, or the option for a refund.
  • For VALID returns and size exchange, customer will handle the shipping fees (sending to Cesa and back to customer). If item returned is stained or damaged, we will update customer and will just be returned.
  • Cesa will strictly implement the submission of the size exchange form within 24 hours/1 day upon successful delivery of the package.
  • Customer will be liable for shipping expenses incurred during the exchange process (to and from shipping back to Cesa).
  • Cesa will provide the necessary information for the exchange. Cesa will not be the one to arrange for courier pick ups. Customer can use any courier.
  • Sale or promo priced items is not valid for size exchange.
  •  Size exchange is available for Philippine residents only. Not available for international orders.
  • Made to Order or custom-sized items cannot be exchanged and refunded. If needed, we will only accept 1 time alteration for adjustments only.
